"Breakfast was good. Parking good. Cons: - no elevator- we were there 3 days. We are 2 Friends visiting a cancer patient. We are 74 and 78, walking up and down stairs with 20 pound luggage was terrible. Anytime we wanted ice we had to go to a different floor (no ice on 3rd floor.). - no bottled water in the lobby. There was 2 refrigerators but none held bottled water because they were broken. We asked if any cold bottled was available and we were told no. - no room cleaning for 3 whole days. What is so wrong with that is that feeling clean and getting new coffee pods are essential for daily comfort. -we stopped a cleaner in the hall and asked what was wrong with our shower and they indicated they weren’t allowed to come in the rooms to show us how to use the showers. Really…do you see any reason why we shouldn’t be reimbursed for our stay? 2 individuals who are seniors putting up with these conditions are ridiculous. I will never recommend your hotel."

"Everything was clean, host was quick to respond and always available. It is easy to miss when you first drive there but, once you get there you won’t forget it! Thanks again for a great stay!"

"Room was just okay, breakfast was terrible and just waffles and cereal. They never refilled the coffee and had to ask the staff multiple times for it and they were annoyed by it. "

"David and Alexandria are delightful and prompt to respond to any need. They are also very open to suggestions on improvements to the customer experience. The setting is quiet, clean and inviting. Not a luxury hotel experience for sure, but that is not what we seeking. We spent seven nights! There were a few surprises as with all Vrbo experiences. There is a food truck on the property, but is was not an issue and the menu looked inviting. There is a friendly small dog name Pieza that took an initial interest in us but then just served as a gate greeter. Lastly, the septic system is very sensitive to any paper products which will likely require a small modification to most toilet habits."
