"The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, the room was clean and comfortable to be in, it was an amazing experience."

"The hotel is in the parking lot of an outside mall. That is an added benefit as they have burger places, ice cream, seafood and craft beers. There is also a large IMAX theater. Parking was ample. The staff is friendly and accommodating. (I paid with PayPal.) I can understand placing a hold on a credit card for incidentals. I am ok with that part, but to charge me $5 to put the hold on it is unfair. They put a $30 dollar hold on your credit card then give you back almost 25.00 as they added taxes to the $5, they kept. Wow, that screams scam. Anyways, other than that the bed was nice, breakfast was good and overall, not bad for the money. They need to update the rooms a little. The bathrooms are starting to show their age. We would recommend."

"Breakfast was good. Parking good. Cons: - no elevator- we were there 3 days. We are 2 Friends visiting a cancer patient. We are 74 and 78, walking up and down stairs with 20 pound luggage was terrible. Anytime we wanted ice we had to go to a different floor (no ice on 3rd floor.). - no bottled water in the lobby. There was 2 refrigerators but none held bottled water because they were broken. We asked if any cold bottled was available and we were told no. - no room cleaning for 3 whole days. What is so wrong with that is that feeling clean and getting new coffee pods are essential for daily comfort. -we stopped a cleaner in the hall and asked what was wrong with our shower and they indicated they weren’t allowed to come in the rooms to show us how to use the showers. Really…do you see any reason why we shouldn’t be reimbursed for our stay? 2 individuals who are seniors putting up with these conditions are ridiculous. I will never recommend your hotel."

"Clean fairly new apt with all the amenities. 3,story unit was tough cause I had a bad leg, but all else very very nice"

"It was lovely. One piece missing for the espresso machine for a delicious coffee to be enjoyed was a bummer. The pool was very nice, but cold. Loved playing ping pong and the other games.The note to not flush toilet paper was odd. But we obeyed it and it was fine. Over all It worked out Great"

"The guest house was clean, the family that hosts the property were so kind, and there are even goats you can pet on the property! I would definitely stay again."

"Kitchen is set up nicely with the tools needed to cook, we mainly made breakfast. Up to date kitchen. Pool was refreshing after a day spent running around. We spent over 2 weeks with this as our home base while visiting friends and family. "
