"The room ambience is very good but the room ventilation almost choked me to death at first entrance. The location manager is very insulting, unprofessional and arrogant. She has no respect for genuine customers and constantly demonstrating her feminism. She almost slapped me for asking her politely about the multiple transactions in my account. The location owner is not friendly either, he denied having anything to do with hotel.com and got me more confused. However, I received multiple debit in my account, and a refund of $297.33 is expected back into my account. "

"The hotel is looking a bit tirted. A few things like carpets and walls could use some new paint or carpets. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. Lots of choices both hot and cold. "

"Our stay was very enjoyable at the Auberge Le Chardo Inn. The room was very spacious and clean. It appeared to have been newly renovated and I loved the hardwood flooring. Big bathroom and amenities were supplied. The staff were welcoming, friendly and kind. The restaurant food was excellent and the menu offered a very wide selection to choose from. The Easter buffet brunch they offered was amazing. There was even a chocolate fondue set up. I would highly recommend this Inn for anyone that is looking for a place to stay. "
