"The main lobby and hallways were not impressive but the room look newly renovated and was clean, spacious and modern looking as was the bathroom. In fact the room, was better than a 4 star hotel I had stayed in recently. If you don’t need 4 star amenities and want a nice room to stay in, this is definitely value for money!"

"Extremely comfortable and clean, with oddities. We had a one bedroom apartment with a huge living room and bedroom, the tiniest bathroom imaginable and a skinny dining room. The kitchen could be a bit better stocked -- bring your own paper towels, and the cereal bowls are very small. The kitchen is also in need of renovation, things are getting a little funky, but everything was very clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable, couches were comfortable and lots of lamps for reading and cozy lounging. Staff were very pleasant and the neighbourhood was great -- right in the centre of things but off a main road, so quieter. We were able to walk to restos, LCBO, grocery store, etc. Underground parking was easy, too. We really liked this place -- even if it could do with a bit of remodel -- and will hope to stay there next time we're in Ottawa."
