"Desk person (Deshrana, I think) was extremely helpful in extending our stay & arranging a conference room for a lengthy on-line meeting. (Would have been nice if staff had not twice walked in on meeting, but not a big problem.) Very comfortable & quiet & clean hotel, good hot tub, nice little bar. "
