The only negative comment would be that the buses drive past the hotel every few minutes which can be annoying during breakfast and dinner. Overall we would recommend staying here. "

"very very friendly & helpful staff !!!! hotel is a bit older, but they renovated a lot and my seaside room had a certain kind of nostalgic & new interior atmosphere. the terrace is very roomy, restaurant next building has live music every nigh - lovely live band - not too loud. seaside view is not really given , building is not frontrow and it can be a bit noisy if u sit on the terrace. ur sleep won’t get disturbed by the surroundings ! Getting a taxi to the airport was very easy, getting a taxi at any other time you need to book ahead or prepare to wait. There’s a shuttle at 10am and 5pm that the hotel run to Paguera, it’s a shame it’s only twice a day. So would recommend a hire car if spending longer than a few days here."
"We did a lot of research and this place lived up to expectation. The staff were wonderful, the complimentary breakfast was filled with homemade breads, large selection of meats, fruits and made from scratch eggs of your choice.
The location of the hotel can’t be beat, 1 minute walk to the beach, 30 second walk to the main strip which is filled with restaurants, shops and anything you need. Affordable and we will certainly come back. Thank you "

"The staff are extremely friendly making you feel special right from check in to restaurant! Nothing too much trouble. The views are amazing from every room of Santa Ponsa bay. The food is freshly cooked and beautifully presented. also cooked to order with a theme each night such as seafood or Spanish. There is a dining terrace overlooking the bay and if you time it right you have a front row table every time!
We had a central Junior Suite on 3rd floor overlooking pool and the bay. It was very spacious with two single beds together which made a huge King size bed. Only criticism is bathroom needs attention. It is only separated from the bedroom by a wooden arch. There is huge jacuzzi bath which I can’t believe anybody uses and just takes up space. Also with the amount of counter space under the long mirror I feel there should be two basins. However the shower and toilet are in a separate room. Although the room is very spacious it is little tired and modernisation would be welcome. The pool and poolside is kept extremely clean and sunbeds checked every day. Not too much bed reserving so you can have breakfast and still get somewhere to sit by the pool. There is no beach as the hotel is built into the cliff side but there is a small jetty to jump in the sea. Overall the hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a few bars and shops a short walking distance and Santa Ponsa town 15-20 minutes walk. It’s the staff and views that make this hotel special. "

"Amazing location set between 2 lovely beaches with fabulous views. Paguera is a great resort with lots of shops and restaurants and a relaxed vibe. Hotel had great staff, service was excellent, food at breakfast was all very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the sun lounger reservation system they have but that’s just preference. "
