"It looked good from the outside. But it’s on the lower end, at least our room was. They didn’t have hotel shoes so we had to use the ones from the other hotel. The walls are thin, you could hear the neighbours coughing, suitcases passing the hall all the time! "

"very very friendly & helpful staff !!!! hotel is a bit older, but they renovated a lot and my seaside room had a certain kind of nostalgic & new interior atmosphere. the terrace is very roomy, restaurant next building has live music every nigh - lovely live band - not too loud. seaside view is not really given , building is not frontrow and it can be a bit noisy if u sit on the terrace. ur sleep won’t get disturbed by the surroundings ! "Aside from the stairs, I’d rate this stay as just about excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed a lovely balcony with a great sea view. The apartment itself, along with the surrounding Santa Ponsa area, is quite hilly/mountainous. The only real drawback was the stairs — they were very steep and long, with no elevators or alternative access, which was very challenging for us. Taxis are pretty expensive in this locality as well. "
