"Located in a cool and safe neighborhood, looking down to the ocean (Beverly Hills, Hollywood style). Very friendly owner/staff members, cozy atmosphere, and very unique furniture. Lovely breakfast, and an amazing swimming pool, with a spectacular ocean view. I stayed in winter, so being far from the beach didn't matter (about 10minutes by car). Free safe parking on the streets, and superb water pressure showers. Perfect for those who don't wanna be in the busy downtown or beach areas."

"Notre séjour à Marbella a été tout simplement merveilleux ! La maison est idéalement située, presque sur la plage, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer. Nichée dans une zone paisible en octobre, elle offre une atmosphère parfaite pour se détendre. La terrasse, avec ses rideaux blancs flottants, donne sur un charmant petit jardin où l’on profite du bruit des vagues et du soleil andalou. L’intérieur est élégant, avec un beau sol en marbre, la climatisation au rez-de-chaussée et des ventilateurs à l’étage assurant un confort parfait. Tout y invite au farniente et à la douceur de vivre. Une véritable parenthèse de bonheur au bord de la mer ! Merci à Paula et à Gerardo pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité "

"In overall our party was very satisfied with our stay:- overall the building suited us very well - bigger ones got their own rooms and for children there was separate room with 5 beds- inside house was plenty of room starting with big living room, kitchen and bedrooms.- extra heated pool and jacuzzi were pearls of our stay and we spent most of our time- location was good enough if you are with car. Aldi was 4min with car and La Canadia 10-15minutes. If you like to walk and nice wooden promenade then appr 5km and you are in the city.Even we gave max rating I think there is room to be even better. Just some small things to improve:- trampoline and jacuzzy covers haven't seen cleaning for a while. Covers were covered with hard dust- there is chair beside jacuzzy to climb inside pool but it's totally roasted that I can't understand why it's not thrown away and replaced- some visitors mentioned that there were inflatable toys/mattresses by the pool. Yes, there were but majority of them were broken and therefore useless. I'd suggest to clean these rooms/cabinets from useless equipment. Otherwise it's more like garbage dump- be aware of tiny ants. They are everywere. Don't leave anything eatable outside of packaging. Even in the kitchen.- I'd suggest to change pool furniture covers. They are quite warn out already- master bedroom (1st floor) shower drainage needs to be cleaned. If I took shower after kids wated didn't go away anymore.- grill area can be cleaned better"

"A very spacious apartment with great access to the pool and beach. Lovely and clean on arrival. Owner talked us through the AC on arrival and was easy to contact. Near a supermarket, beach bar and a few restaurants but would recommend a car. Would happily return. Thanks Nic and Lisa for renting us ur apartment. "
