"The breakfast was really good. Actually because my booking included free continental breakfast my expectation was a bit low but the offerings were excellent especially the fresh fruits offered daily. The staff was courteous, pleasant and accomodating. My mother is physically challenged and we were able to get a wheelchair and bath seat during our stay for which I was extremely grateful. Going to the Casino located right downstairs was a lot of fun. I especially want to mention Orlando who did both our airport pick up and drop off. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. Overall we had a great stay."

"Really nice hotel overall specially good value for money, good location (situated right in the city and very close to Casco Viejo), spacious/bright/modern/clean room, good facilities (nice pool, big gym, decent restaurant/entrance area), good customer service from the staff, alright breakfast included too. Really recommend if you’re staying in Panama City for a few nights."

"No activities. Food is 1/10 I left starving only ate enuff to get me by and not be sick. It’s very much so bottom of the barrel kind of resort. "

"Modern and clean hotel in Panama City, right downtown. Lobby is on the 15th floor, with the rooms above and restaurants on the 14th. Room was shaped differently (like a triangle) but the shower was very big and it also included a big tub. Good views from the giant windows. Staff was professional. "
