The service was above expectation. both the service people and other tourists were all extremely friendly. Never met a grumpy person. Thank you so much."

I would get rid of the expensive upscale one and replace with a nice restaurant with regular steakhouse options. Italian restaurants view was fabulous but can’t say same about food. "

"Staff is incredibly lovely, polite. Butlers go out of the way to help. Property is stunning, landscaping is very unique. Food is delicious, we tried all the restaurants on the property and they were all great. Our favorite was Al Pairo. Pools are nice and get busy so get there very early like 7ish AM. Usually crowded during holiday season, but other times are lighter. "
