"Lovely stay. Food in the restaurant and bar was super. Spotlessly clean. Reception staff called taxis on several occasions and they arrived before we’d got to the exit……excellent. They could improve by supplying better quality toilet paper."

"Really enjoyed are 2 nights staying here, a beautiful looking building, The only downside which others have mentioned is the noise from the trains outside, but we’re from London and used to noise so wasn’t a big deal to us, Staff are friendly and helpful, if in the area would look at staying again"

"Reasonable price and convenient to the airport. Check in was a bit awkward being fully automated and I couldn't get the machine to speak anything other than Spanish eventhough other languages were possible. There were others who struggled with it as well. I also didn't get the info for how to do it beforehand. Luckily someone was available to call and assist."
