"Stayed here with my husband and teenage daughter and was really pleasantly surprised. We booked a private room for 3 with our own private bathroom. It was very clean and the hostel itself is quite cool. Unfortunately we booked at the weekend of the Aste Nagusia festival and our room overlooked a square with a concert going on till 1 am. We were advised in advance but not at the time of booking so it was noisy. Nevertheless this is a great spot, very convenient location. We didn't have breakfast here as there's a wealth of great food places nearby"

Check in was a bit awkward being fully automated and I couldn't get the machine to speak anything other than Spanish eventhough other languages were possible. There were others who struggled with it as well. I also didn't get the info for how to do it beforehand. Luckily someone was available to call and assist."
