"This is a fantastic villa and Marie is an outstanding host - her communication throughout the booking process and our stay was excellent.Marie and her husband met us at the villa on our arrival, talked us through everything and showed us around. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with a few nice welcome touches too!It is very comfortable, with effective air conditioning and large ceiling fans, which were great for getting ready and sleeping...as it was very warm during our stay.The neighbourhood is very quiet and residential, so just perfect for lounging by the pool with a good book or having a snooze in the sun.It's a flat, easy walk to nearby restaurants and shops, also the lovely promenade overlooking the Mar Menor - we had a rental car that hardly moved as everything was so handy.In conclusion, I would thoroughly recommend booking this lovely villa - a lot of thought and hard work has gone into it and Marie fully deserves the many glowing reviews from previous renters.Thanks again for everything, we'll hopefully be back sometime soon!"

"Fantastic place to stay. Villa was spotlessly clean. Swimming pool is wonderful, great for children and adults. 10 minute walk to beach and bars , restaurants. Raul is brilliant, very friendly and always there if you need help with anything. We had a great holiday, would definitely recommend "

"Fantastic from start to finish. Communication with Marie was great, we were even able to get into the villa a little bit earlier. The villa was spotlessly clean and had some brilliant little touches such as dishwasher tablets, washing pods & conditioner, hand soap and a little welcome pack in the fridge. The pool area was excellent with plenty room to spread out and the gas grill plate was well used, so much better than a barbeque (and easier to clean!!). its unusual to get such a large Villa within walking distance of all shops, bars and also the sea. Marie gave us some tips on places to eat and things to do, a truly wonderful host. We discovered Santiago De La Ribera in June when we were staying in Los Alcazares and having found this beautiful villa we will definitely stay here again. We have stayed in mant Villas and apartments all over Spain and this is by far the best one we have ever stayed in, thank you Marie for letting us have your fantastic Villa"

"The hotel is not modern but it is very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is an excellent cafe across the street. It is within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. The BAM bus from/to Alicante stops less than 1 block away. I have stayed here four times and would come back again."
