"The pre arrival procedures and correspondence from the owner were excellent. Our arrival at the property was very smooth. Michelle (The Property Management contact) was there on time to meet and greet us and explain everything we needed to know. Unfortunately a couple of days into our stay we experienced a very heavy storm which affected the whole area's water supply for about 10 days (basically we couldn't use the water to shower, cook, wash clothes etc). During this period the support we received from the owner via emails was very good, but Michelle in particular was outstanding - bringing us fresh towels and even offering to let her use her house to shower!The apartment itself is overall very good and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the shower rooms very good. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace, which covers a large area. There were plenty of sun beds and seating areas. One thing I would say though is maybe the sun bed cushions have seen better days and could do with replacing . Also, there is no hot tub or sea view - which are listed as apartment amenities.We had a problem with the washing machine, but the owner and Michelle were very quick to sort this and get it repaired - which as a guest is all you can ask for, we do understand that occasionally things break down.To get to the pool you have to exit the apartment and walk on the street around the corner of the complex and access is via a locked door.Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"I would be wary of this hotel. The hotel location is great and the rooms were basic but clean with a nice breakfast. Unfortunately when we arrived we were charged for the room, it was not until i checked we realusee we had paid via hotels.com when we did the original booking we told the hotel staff this and they assured us we wiuld get the money refunded. This never happened and we had to go via hotels com and eventually received the refund from the. Not ideal."

"A group of 4 friends. The photos make the villa look a lot bigger. Not sure it would suit 10 adults. One downstairs WC (tiny) with separate double shower room. Upstairs is 1 main bathroom and 1 small shower room & WC. The pool area is lovely. Villa was spotless and well presented. Mattresses are very comfortable. Plenty of towels. They really need to provide a welcome pack (water at least) for late arrivals. The area is very desolate. 15 min walk to nearest beach/town. No nearby shops and no views around the villa. Car required. "

"Absolutely beautiful villa. All the equipment you need. Great that people have left pool things behind. Spacious indoor and out door area. Location: was able to walk to carrefour and taxi back. Easy to walk to seafront to bars and restaurants. Don’t need a car if happy to walk 15 mins into town as very flat. Great folder with local information in ! Owner extremely helpful and contactable at allTimes More information on how aircon works, lights outside, fridge and oven would have been good and maybe a check in check out folder as to what to do with keys and bedding etc as other villas I’ve stayed in have specific information on this and then I wouldn’t of needed to keep bothering Damian "
