Great location but poor appartment

Great location but the appartment is in poor condition.It needs a make over. It is not a luxury appartment. Lack of communication. The company did nor return our calls or emails. Anyway we had a great vacacion.

There are a couple of reasons why I didn’t like this property. One of the reasons why I didn’t like this property was that it was so dirty, it smell horrible, it was the worst experience I ever had. The place smell like humidity and it has nothing to do with luxury. We check in and right when we open the door it was horrible. The a/c was not working and the safe was also not working. They took about 3 or more hours to get everything to work. I went ahead and took pictures and videos of everything. I don’t recommend this place to no one.

Se renta una propiedad esperando que las fotos, que es nuestro único apoyo visual para escoger nuestras necesidades en las vacaciones fueron falsas una vez llegando nos informan que no tenia lo que habíamos visto, rentado. Muy amablemente me dicen que me rembolsas el 100 por ciento, siendo falso me cobran una noche . Pésimo
