    The Space:

    Located within The Village Resort & Residences at Corasol, this apartment is part of a luxury development designed by Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, internationally recognized for its architecture, interior design, and urban planning.



    The apartment features a striking contemporary design with a functional layout that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living. Natural light, cross ventilation, and views of the surrounding landscape create a fresh, calm, and sophisticated atmosphere throughout the space.



    The property offers two private bedrooms.

    The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a spacious closet, and organic-inspired finishes, providing a quiet and elegant environment ideal for rest.

    The second bedroom includes two single beds, making it perfect for families, friends, or children.



    The open-concept living and dining area is decorated in a warm, modern style and includes a doble sofa bed. This area opens directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

    The location allows guests to enjoy peace and privacy while remaining close to the Riviera Maya’s main attractions. Playa del Carmen’s beaches are just 5–10 minutes away by car, as is Fifth Avenue, known for its restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and nightlife. Shopping centers, supermarkets, and cinemas are within 10–15 minutes.



    Natural attractions such as cenotes and theme parks (Xcaret, Xplor, Xel-Há) are located between 15 and 40 minutes away, while Tulum is approximately one hour by car. Cancún International Airport is about 45–50 minutes away via the main highway.

The large swimming pool featured on the property's listing (and on the left side of this screen) does not exist. It's closed and there's no water. There's construction taking place and I have a photo as proof. There was a very small dip pool available. The pool at the adjacent golf club was also unsuitable for use (per images and staff's statements). There were issues with the hot water in the property making it scalding then cold. It took several days to repair this issue and it consumed significant time and effort on my part. I'd like to be provided with a reimbursement for this issue and for not having the advertised swimming pool.
