Our room was close to the beach and the pool making quick trips to the room convenient . The staff was always pleasant and easy to talk to. The entertainment staff was outstanding during the week however on the weekend things to do were hard to find. I found the continuing run of the same video a bit tedious. Although the restaurant foods were quite tasty the buffet seemed to be a repeat each meal of the same things. All in all we enjoyed our stay. We have been going to this same hotel for 20 years so we would notice how things have changed over time.

Very nice hotel , negatives the rooms are outdated need a little TLC, but very clean , the food is very good. The beach beautiful. The staff is excellent. It is close to playa del carmen , you take a taxi for 10 dollars from the hotel to plays del carmen . I will come back next year.

Very tropical, lush vegetation well taken care of. The only negative thing I found was breakfast buffet the wait staff was slow to serve you felt even looked over to get coffee even if they walked close by. Ore cleaning off tables

Awesome jungle forest on the short walk to the beach with monkeys and all kinds of other unique animals. Everything was clean and the food was good!

Family Get away weekend

Nice resort for a Family Vacation. What I loved the most was the nature, beautiful big trees and and lots of friendly animals.
