With its prime location and stunning rooftop terrace, this is the perfect place to experience the best of Playa del Carmen!

Enjoy a relaxing stay in this spacious 2-bedroom apartment located just steps away from 5th Avenue. The apartment features a private rooftop terrace with stunning views, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. Master bedroom with a plush king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and ample closet space.
Second bedroom with two double beds and a ensuite bathroom , Wi-Fi, TV, parking, and modern amenities. Relax by the rooftop pool or take a short walk to the nearby beach clubs and restaurants.
As you can see in the pictures, the balcony fence is made of glass. If you bring kids, they should always be supervised on this area.

●At the moment, there is a neighbor remodeling their property, therefore, you may hear some construction noise from 10:00am to 6:00pm except on Sundays. Thank you for your understanding.

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.

● You may be asked to wear a brazalete during your stay, please follow the complex rules as provided by the front desk.

** Please note that any refunds issued for any reason shall be minus the credit card or payment processing fees, since we are not able to recoup this amount from our end! **

The local property manager was notified of 4 distinct problems at the property that were not corrected at all during our 21 day stay, otherwise the property served us well.
