  • Right across the beach in a quiet low-density complex in the exclusive gated subdivision of Playacar I not to be confused with Playacar II which is located further away from the beach. We are 5 minutes away from shops and restaurants. This unit has been completely remodeled yet retains the character of the Region, the tropical location yet adding all the modern comforts and conveniences. Right across from the unit, the beach is just 50 steps away. Large terrace at the back overlooking the pool and BBQ area. Wrap around terrace on the Caribbean side and Mayan ruins park side. On the ground floor with no other unit overlooking your space, it offers total privacy, a perfect location and a luxurious space.
