"The apartment was pristine and the location superb. Arrival instructions were detailed and our early arrival was willingly accommodated. The hosts communicated promptly and supplied so many extras that we didn't need to pick up any suppplies after our arrival. We felt at home right away. We were able to do laundry with a mini laundromat on site. While it was a bit cool for swimming, the pool was clean and appealing. My only complaint was that our stay was too short!"

Host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed with beautiful upkeep of the property. Easy and quick access to all of LA but you still feel just outside of city life. "We had an issue where our vehicle was accidentally blocking a neighbor's driveway while we were stuck away at an event. Julio was able to work out a solution to carefully move the vehicle instead of having it towed, which saved us a lot of inconvenience. The place was very comfortable and easy to stay in!"

"La ubicación del lugar es muy hermoso, muy tranquilo, céntrico de Los Angeles, solo un pequeño detalle que no tiene estacionamiento propio. De 8:00 am a 6:00 pm no pudes estacionarte en esa calle debes pagar un permiso para ello. Eso fue lo que quizas no fue de mi agrado, pero todo bien en los demás."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We traveled all the way from NZ with our 3 teenage kids. We all had a place to sleep, including the use of the fold out couch. The property was nice and clean and we even trained at a local gym which was a 2 minute walk away My only complaint was the noise from people staying above us. The floors are VERY thin and they were VERY noisy right up until 2 in the morning!! We could hear everything and I got barely any sleep for the first 2 nights. Thankfully they moved on...
