"We picked San Bada because it's literally next to the park entrance. It was so nice after a long sweaty hike to get back to the room, eat lunch and use the pool. I didn't realize how amazing the hotel would be. Extremely friendly staff, incredible breakfast, and epic views from our balcony and rooftop. We heard howler monkeys, and saw toucans and scarlet macaws while sipping great coffee each morning. I would definitely return."

The views throughout the property were incredible, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options for everyone in the family. We were lucky enough to see the resident sloth a couple of times, and squirrel monkeys also passed by during our stay. These wildlife encounters made the experience even more special. Between the beautiful views, excellent service, great breakfast, lovely pools, and wildlife, La Mariposa made our stay truly memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manuel Antonio!"

"This is a great place to stay in Manuel Antonio. It is a 2 minute walk to the national park. We had a delicious included breakfast. The rooms were clean and fine for our family of 5. Ronny at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. He gave us so many tips for dining, going to the national park and parking. He also kept our luggage safely at the front desk so we didn’t have to leave it in the car when we were in the park. You will need to park across the street and down a small side street from the hotel but it wasn’t an issue for us."
