"The rules of what is or isn’t allowed is not clear when booking this condo on Expedia. Apparently, you aren’t allowed to have visitors but residents can. It’s pricey for the size of the condo. It’s less money by going to the Otium website and booking there instead. The place was clean and smelled good but I did find one roach in the hallway bathroom. But none after that. "Staff was really helpful. Everyone was pleasant. Sad that there was not a beach that you could swim at. The pools were great and nice and clean. The bartenders at the pool were all great. The coffee shop was great. Good coffee, great service. And fresh breads and fresh pastries, delicious. The grounds were beautiful. Golf cart was alot of fun riding around checking out the wicked large resort. Disappointed with some areas of the resort that need upgrades or repairs. Example: glass slider in our room the handle was hanging on by 1 screw. Also the curtains for glass sliders were very dirty. Room was very clean. Had a nice visit. A/c worked great. We had a great trip."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, well taken care of and felt relax from the moment we arrived. The road leading to the home was manageable. Property is in a gated community which made us feel even more secure. The balcony had a very nice breeze. We could hear the ocean waves. It was pretty neat the subtle Ohio touches throughout the house, it felt a little bit like home. Having the laundry room inside the house was a huge plus and made our stay much more convenient. Luann, our host was incredible. From: check-in where she provided detail instructions; To: throughout our stay when she would check in on use to see if everything was going well or just to say good morning. Thank you for being attentive and sharing your home; it made our stay wonderful. We would definitely stay here again."

"The location of this inn is great. Very close to the beach with a beautiful scenery. However, the stray dogs walking around the beach concerned us. Also they have birds in cages (like the Scarlett Macaw) very close to the bar, making the experience a little stressful, as they are very loud and it is inhumane to keep them there."
