The Hilton Garden Inn La Sabana offers clean, comfortable rooms and a convenient location near the park. The room itself met expectations — spacious, quiet, and well maintained. Service was mixed during my stay. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others were less responsive. I attempted to arrange a shuttle through Expedia messaging prior to arrival but never received a response, and ultimately had to take an Uber instead (which was fine, but communication would have been appreciated). Overall, it’s a solid, comfortable hotel, but more consistent responsiveness from staff would improve the experience.

Beautiful, large room. One of the best breakfasts at a hotel. Great people. Located right in downtown shopping. Worth the few extra dollars.

The facility was charming, service fantastic, and food was delicious. From the reservation on, the staff was responsive and very helpful.

Comfortable place to stay, a short walk into San Jose centre. Breakfast was good quality, lots of options.
