2 staff members at front service is beyond we have 2 rooms 203 and 204. The staff way to busy for day like Thai new year festival how every they still service with care and smelling on their face. With big events like this management should have provided more staff or she definitely should get some bonus.

The room was perfect. Loved the view. I hope to stay again, and next time request not so close to the squeaky-sounding elevators. I paid an extra fee for a room with a view of the Hollywood sign. City view would have been the best choice to stick with. That was amazing; extra $ for sign view not ...
