"Great location. About 200m from the Callao metro. 10 minute walk to Sol or Plaza Mayor. Dignified old building, thoroughly updated. Perfectly quiet room. Excellent breakfast."
"We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!"
"I’m an art historian that studies Dutch art, so it was very important for me to be close by to both the Reina Sofia and the Prado- this hotel was literally perfect! Of course it’s great to be close to both museums, but it’s also close to all of the transit I needed to access. Rooms are cute and clean, laundry works great, and the restaurant was wonderful as well. I strongly recommend the patatas bravas and the cheesecake! "
"Room was very clean with all basic items you would expect. Nice to have excellent cleaning service every day unlike some US chains. Staff were friendly and even tried to help us get tickets to a soccer game. Location is right in middle of everything (transportation, shopping, restaurants, etc). Easy walk to palace and other museums. Would strongly recommend. "
"Love everything about this hotel. Rooms are big for European standards. Comfortable bed, clean rooms, pleasant and courteous staff who gave excellent service through and through. Would stay here when in Madrid again. Highly recommended. Five stars all the way! Thank you Hard Rock Hotel Madrid. "
