"Overall magnificent Hotel 👌"

"First room was not as clean. The AC was not working, it had a funny smell. I was transferred to another room. The mattresses are on the older side, the bathroom had hairs stuck on the wall and in the drain. Location is great Staff is friendly Buffet is decent for a quick bite Overall the hotel does it job but it definitely needs an upgrade. "

"El staff es muy amable. Lo único que pudo mejorar significativamente fue el proceso de check in. Tenían coches estacionados de manera permanente en la entrada del hotel que ocupaban el espacio. Cuando pregunté si los iban a mover pronto el guardia me dijo que estaban desde que él inició su turno. Tuvimos que movernos, cargar niños que llegaron dormidos y caminar con el equipaje. Si se aseguran de dejar el espacio libre hubiera sido mejor. "

"The pool, the Jacuzzi, and the gym were in excellent condition, the room was super comfortable, and the staff was super friendly."

"The location is central to Monterrey & on main blvd, pretty straight forward as noted on the map of city. Rooms were clean & comfortable. The wifi was not the best. I could not stay connected on video calls for work - very frustrating. The hotel food service was a bit over priced in my opinion. I did find a few options within walking distance. A 5 mins walk down the blvd and I found a large outdoor fruit stand that made smooothies, a Starbucks & VIPs another block down. Opposite direction, right around the corner, a cafe Madcoffee & big work out gym & pharmacy. I would stay here again but not for a work related needs. Wifi was only downer."
