"We stayed for a night and it was great. The property is huge. We had dinner at Old Homestead steakhouse and it was fab. The breakfast buffet spread was decent. Note: this property is 10 mins drive away from the boardwalk. Would be back again !!"

"Upon arrival everything was great. Reservation clerk was great in giving an upgrade in hotel accommodations (celebrating 31st wedding anniversary). However later that evening discovered room television wasn't operating and hvac system in room was knocking throughout the evening. Was unable to reach anyone for hours to assist by ohone (housekeeping, room service, front desk) and when going to front desk - no one available to assist. Such a disappointment and an unfortunate end to an otherwise great stay."

"All good, except this week’s check-in wasn’t nearly as welcoming as last week when I had the most wonderful, personable, experienced person check me in. It made a fantastic first impression. However, when I checked in yesterday, the associates all had coats on, didn’t smile, and didn’t seem happy to be there. The jacket thing was weird. Please make it a little warmer in there so associates don’t have coats on. Also, please have your associates smile and appear happy and excited that we are there. Great hotels that know hospitality understand that an upbeat, pleasant first impression goes a very long way toward guest satisfaction."
