The home is beautiful and comfortable for a large group, it didn’t even matter that it rained the entire time! We even canceled some of our day plans to stay and enjoy the house. "The places was perfect for our family of 5. Location was very good with great places for food and coffee within walking distance. There was a lot of construction going on in the area but I just assume that mean greater amenities in the future. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. "Large place with lots of beds. The beds are on the lower end of quality but there are a lot of them. The furniture is also mostly the cheaper kind. House had some maintenance issues but nothing out of the ordinary for the these kind of rentals. The location is great. Philly is great. I would stay here again."

"We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home. The house was stocked with everything we needed (including lots of baby items for our 7 month old). We used the whole house - from catching up on laundry to having a glass of wine on the patio. The neighborhood had great coffee shops, restaurants, and playgrounds. "Large farm house with Plenty of space for large groups. Sleeps 16 people comfortably. 2 full baths. Nice yard. Great kitchen, Dining room spacious large livingroom with 3 couches, kids toy play area. Washer dryer and entry The main floors were not swept. We had to sweep them. 3 beds needed clean sheets. Looked as though they were sleep in. So we we washed them. Plenty of towels for everyone Would recommend for Large groups Overall very pleased"
