"Our room had a blocked basin, badly fitting toilet seat, broken mirror, rust around the taps and shower screen. The room was dated and shabby for a 4 star hotel and badly needs refurbishment. On top of which the only lift to the car park was broken and as i am someone who clearly has mobility issues ..."
