  • Nice and welcoming apartment on the ground floor of a villa, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, from which you can admire a wonderful panorama and fantastic sunsets. Equipped with private and equipped outdoor area, the accommodation is carefully furnished and both from the living area and from the bedroom you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Tiber valley and Mount Soratte. In the property there is a panoramic swimming pool, an oven and a barbecue. The small village of Poggio Catino is 2 kilometers away and the large city of Rome is only 50 km away.
