"Very nice B&B, clean, nice bathrooms, amazing pool and very good breakfast"

"Staff were very helpful, the environment clean, good breakfast spread. The rooms were cleaned daily, bed laid everyday, I was impressed by their service and willingness to accommodate guests. "

"We absolutely loved our stay. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. The beach is a short walk and it is gorgeous. Lots of restaurants close by. The breakfast was delicious."

"Great staff, great breakfast and nice location!"

"Struttura comoda in posizione strategica per visitare le bellezze del Conero. Camera buona e pulita, migliorerei il letto con un topper sopra al materasso. La colazione di discreto livello, con varie scelte ma non eccessive, con qualche accortezza in più e aggiunta di prodotti freschi potrebbe diventare di ottimo livello. Piscina e altri servizi non ben proposti e tenuti. Personale molto gentile e disponibile."

"Clean room, comfortable beds, parking facility."

"Great hotel, staff and food."

"Bed is a little small, but I don’t mind at all. Staff helped me check in later than official check in time which was super helpful, and breakfast was good. Good but not great location as well."

"Very clean rooms, the staff were fantastic, and very convenient for business travelers, with amenities close by like a coffee shop. "

"Very good stay for the price. The breakfast and coffee was excellent. We were happy to find gluten free options! I would definitely stay here again if in the area. "

"Wonderful location, beautiful grounds with swimming pool, within walking distance from beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants. Excellent breakfast and very friendly and prohibitive personnel. I highly recommend this hotel."

"An Excellent Location. A wonderful classic hotel. The pool is an Oasis."

"The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the staff is very helpful. Plus, the breakfast is one of the best we have had in Europe at a hotel. We would recommend it to anyone."

"Perfect accommodation as a solo traveller. Modern, clean room. Polite staff. Excellent breakfast included. Secure gated parking. Minutes from the Templar tunnels in Osimo."

"Breakfast was very good with lots of options."

"We got a room with a sea view and it was a great view and the food was good too Lovely place right on the beach"

"It was a very nice and clean hotel with a lot of facilities included in the price."

"Great location to the train station. The staff was wonderful. However the area is sketchy at night. The hotel is dirty and not a good stay."
