"On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. "Brilliant Hotel, a couple of minutes walk to Brasov's main square, excellent location. Staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to accomodate guest's needs. Excellent breakfast facilties, plenty to choose from. Self check in after 8pm was so easy and could not be faulted. Every member of staff was friendly and made us feel welcome, especially reception staff. Nothing was too much trouble. "
