"Parking was safe, my only disappointment was that I did not receive a refund for a day that we checked out earlier than expected. Additionally, constantly moving furniture and a running child way pass midnight in the suite above ours affected our sleep."

"The home is nice, but there were a few things that could be improved….nothing major. The furnishings were a bit dated and couches in the family room/den area were uncomfortable. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom on the first floor needed replacing. It was so loud it could not be operated all night because it kept people up. A toilet in one of the bedrooms upstairs needed repair, and the pool/hot tub needed cleaning. They cleaned it the day before we left. Some VRBO properties I have stayed in have the basics, and some have everything you could imagine. This home had a bit of both. Plenty of movies on DVD, game systems with games. Foosball, table tennis,etc, but needed more/better items in the kitchen. I called and left a message about the ceiling fan and bathroom issues, but never received a call back or repair. Dave, the host, was great, and even called me to make sure check in was good. "

"The house is exactly as pictured.The rooms were super cute and the house was very clean. I did have to ask about check in info, which was no big deal the host was super quick to respond, which I loved. My kids were obsessed with everything in the house especially the stars wars toaster that talked. We loved the master bathroom, it was beautiful. Only downside was that it was a 45 minute or longer to and from Universal. We left the park early one day and it took us an hour and half to get back, which is not their fault at all, just an add on if you don't mind the driving. "

"I loved staying at this property with my young family. It was remarkably clean and comfortable. The beds were really comfortable and had soft cotton sheets that felt high-quality. The towels were plush and soft. The kitchen was really well stocked, and even had a generously sized pantry. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe— well-lit at night, tucked away, not at all busy, and gated. It rained nearly our whole stay, so we didn’t get a chance to check out the community amenities. For families, the property has a full set of children’s dishes and utensils, a pack ‘n play with linens, and high chair. Everything was exceptionally clean and in excellent condition. I also observed that the dressers all had anti-tip safety mechanisms, which created incredible peace of mind. The condo was so clean that I had absolutely no concerns letting my crawling baby roam around. (The hosts ask that guests please take off shoes while inside the property, which I appreciated, as it’s our rule at home!)The property owners/managers were incredibly quick to respond and very helpful both before and during our visit. Honestly, it was a fantastic stay, and I would absolutely stay here again. Truly exceptional and thoughtful hosts to maintain such a nice and comfortable property. "

"Overall this is a great place to stay for the price! It’s in a quiet neighborhood and the pool was perfect! I paid extra for the pool heat and was so worth it!! Had a slight inconvenience when we checked in but the owner was on top of it and definitely made it right!! His communication was excellent. Close to many restaurants and grocery. "

"Check in was easy, kitchen was clean and the listing was correct, the kitchen is only stocked with the basics (plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware and pots/pans). Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. Couches are old and feel dirty. We paid extra to heat the hot tub and pool. We enjoyed the hot tub but the pool was filthy and we were unable to use it. I texted management twice and never heard back. Also, the toilets are very very low to the ground. "
