"It hostel-style so there is a kitchen for cooking meals and shared bathroom/shower facilities. Just be aware that you can only use the kitchen 8 am-8:30 pm which is a little restrictive. It would be nice if there was a microwave and small sink in the meadow house for after-hours use. I would love to stay again, the scenery is incredibly beautiful."

"I wish I did a little more research before booking. This lodge used to be a hostel and still seems more like a hostel than lodge. It would be perfect if I wasn’t traveling with a toddler who wants to get into everything. Location is about a five minute drive from the beach. We saw a ton of deer. "We loved this hotel. The location is excellent. We had a bay view that was awesome. The room is spacious. We loved the fireplace. One of the biggest benefits is the restaurant across the street and the inclusion of breakfast was great. The restaurant is good and it sits right on the bay. Having the gift shop and the market was super convenient. The pool and hot tub are open late enough and very spacious. This is a gem in Bodega Bay. Would love to stay here again. Also the staff at the front desk is friendly. "
