Lovely hotel in a great location. Thebsyaff were very friendly and helpful. Great amenities, the pool isn't very big and can get quite busy. The 360 rooftop bar has fantastic views of Madrid. However in the evening it can get very busy and there can be a long wait for seating. As it was busy we felt that once our food and drinks had finished there was an expectation for us to leave. If we visit Madrid at some point in the future then we would definitely stay at this hotel again

You can't beat the location of the hotel... It's very clean and SUPER safe. The room was confortable and worth the price. Unfortunately, after a few nights, the mattress caved in so if this is an issue for you, make sure to mention it during check in.

Staff was fantastic and very accommodative of our dietary needs. When we requested, they made us breakfast as per our needs. The spread was great. The only thing that we thought needed improvement was the light in the room. It was too dark.
