"Our room door would stick and was hard to open when we tried to go in and out. We had a chair in our room that was broken and I stopped at the front desk to let them know and they said it would get taken care of but no one came to give us a chair we could sit in. There was a sign saying they were going to replace the hallway carpet a month before we got there but it had not been changed and was loose and very easy to trip on. Their morning breakfast was outstanding and we enjoyed that very much and let the staff know."

"During my check in the staff was having problems getting my room ready. I did check in early (2:30 pm) but she first gave me my key, soon after said the room wasn’t clean. She kept trying to get ahold of housekeeping, who left while I was checking in. I was told my room would not be cleaned. What the heck!!! The staff finally found me another room but couldn’t get a card for my door to work. I and an appointment ti get to, so she opened my door with her key to allow me to put my luggage in the room. I have always been very satisfied with this hotel and everyone has always been helpful, however, if the hotel had been full with no extra room available, where would I end up? I can’t believe the housekeeping staff just left for the day without having all reserved rooms available. Another problem I had to have my card reset twice because it stopped working ( I was only there 2 nights)"

"Upon arrival I waited for the front desk staff to realize I was at the counter while they were watching a show on their phone. I signed their waiver acknowledging that there is a $250 fine for smoking but upon getting on the elevator the smell of e-cig smoke was overwhelming. The tables and counters were clean, but the sink had about an inch of what appeared to be black mold growing around the rim and was very visible to the eye. The toilet showed signs that it was not frequently cleaned during someone's extended stay because there were stains in the bowl. The carpet was vacuumed but was questionable as to how clean it really was. The pillow cases either were stained or not washed, it was hard to tell. The following morning the smell of someone smoking weed was so heavy in the hallway that it was coming under the door to the room making the whole kitchen stink. Going to check-out, the front desk had a roll down door that was locked and no instructions for how to properly check out. The only upside to this property was that it was mostly quiet and cheap. I guess you get what you pay for."
