We could not have chosen a better place for our Seville vacation. The location was perfect, staff awesome( fantastic restaurant recommendations), rooms super clean with just the most comfortable bed possible. They even arranged for our airport transfer and tickets to a flamenco show. You’ll love it here.

Great location for the price and everywhere is accessible by local transport and walking. Everyday we walked into Triana and down by the river, but we prefer to walk anyway. The staff are very lovely in all sectors of the business and very polite. Some parts of the hotel are a little tired and could do with a lick of paint, We enjoyed our stay.

I arrived at the property early and was shown a Café where I could wait, which was only a short walk away. The staff were quite accommodating at first, but when they showed me my room, I was shocked to see that a large double bed completely covered the living area. I asked the staff person showing me the room if she could do something about it but she remained non-committal. I thin examined the bed to find that it was two single beds put together so I went and asked the staff if they could remove one of these, once again they we non-committal even though on a notice they put under my door it said, ‘Our staff will be happy to help you with whatever you need to make your experience even more comfortable.’ The next day I took action myself and put the second mattress on its side against the wall, together with the metal frame. I then had room to live in.
