"I can’t find enough words to talk about how amazing this home/venue is! We just had my daughter’s wedding there this weekend & it couldn’t have been more perfect! She wanted a backyard garden wedding and Retreat in the Woods was the perfect venue for her dream wedding. It was so convenient to be able to stay at house for the weekend! Christina, the host, was available throughout the process to answer all of my questions. Every guest there commented on the beautiful venue. It was truly magical and 11 out of 10 would recommend!! "

"Both the interior and exterior were clean. Parking area lighting was great. Room and bathroom were clean. Bedding was very comfortable. The morning breakfast was excellent (my spouse stated that it is the best he has had) and the ladies kept everything well stocked and were so friendly and kind. We definitely recommend this hotel. Lots of restaurants close by."

"When we arrived I was given a room that was not as expected BUT the staff made it right and gave me another room with no hesitation which I greatly appreciated.. The "main" breakfast such as biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc was gone at 9:10AM (was supposed to be available until 9:30AM) but we made do and ate cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall we had a very nice experience and would stay there again."

"Room wasnt cleaned very well-trash in waste basket, leftovers in fridge, shower cra ked and dirty, blankets stained with sweatstains..breakfast was good and staff friendly..kids running up and down hall being loud late at night causing disturbance but overall ok.."
