Great hotel in a great location easy to get to from Termini. Breakfast was very good, room was a great size and spotless. Main sites easily walkable, especially the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Great location friendly staff

This is not a 4 star hotel. Hotels.com are wrong. This is a 2 star hotel. I have stayed in better 2 star hotels but the location is great, it is safe, clean and staff are helpful. What it really needs is investment as it is tired. Broken window blinds and shower tiles need fixing. Given the outside noise some proper double glazing or triple glazing would help given the various work outside through the night. Also do not believe the concierge’s ideas on how long it takes to get to the airport (google shows the facts) or that the LIRR service is broken every Friday so you must use the hotel car. 🙄 💵💵

Good location and very friendly staff, but unfortunately that’s about where the positives end. The hotel is extremely outdated, with stained carpet and furniture, an old bathroom, a tub that didn’t drain properly, strange smells throughout, and sketchy elevators. We actually looked into options to leave shortly after getting into our room, even though it was late at night. The staff were nice and did waive an unexpected additional resort fee after we questioned it, but we felt very misled by the listing and photos. It seems the property may be going through a transition/potential purchase, so hopefully improvements are coming. At the end of the day, if you simply need a place to rest your head in a good location, this will do. But for anything beyond that, I would look elsewhere. We would not stay here again.

I usually love staying with Jet Luxury at Vdara, but this stay in the Parlor room was a major letdown. The AC barely functioned, and the unit showed significant wear and tear including loose tiles lifting off the bathroom floor and missing shower sealant. The layout was much smaller than pictured, the view was just the parking lot, and account services weren't working for our room. Disappointing experience compared to my past stays here. Needless to say I will not be booking this room again.
