"Friendly staff"

"Broken down cars right when you pull in. Lobby stinks. Staff couldn’t have cared less if we were there. Room was dirty and run down. A/c unit rattled constantly. Came to clean our room one time and it was at 5:00 in the evening when we were trying to get ready to go out for the evening. The morning we were leaving we lost power to one whole side of the room including the bathroom where someone was taking a shower. Upside breakfast was great and a lot of options. Also beware the trolley runs right through there starting at 9am so you feel like an animal on display when the trolleys come through. Convenient if you’re taking the trolley. "

"Clean hotel with a pretty view! Great location very close to downtown, winery and Ice Plant Bar( a must). Enjoy!"

"So we had a couple of problems. Tub didn't drain, the water pressure was great. Beds were hard as a rock. As if laying on floor. Very uncomfortable a very bad night's rest. No we will not be staying at this days inn again. When you tell the staff at the desk she just chuckled. Property is outdated definitely needs a money spent on it."

"Great property in the village of Villano Beach. Only a block from the ocean, several restaurants within walking distance and a nice fishing pier. Property seemed brand new. Beautiful pool area and fantastic breakfast. Nice alternative if you want to stay on the beach near St Augustine"

"The AC did NOT keep the room cool. The breakfast was free but underwhelming options. The bed was clean and the TV has lots of channels. Easy parking "
