Great place to stay if you want to tour Venice without actually staying in the Lagoon. This hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. It's a really short walk to the train station (€1.50 to catch it) and was reasonably priced. There is a parking garage just down the street which was discounted for hotel guests. The buffet breakfast was average, and the train was a bit loud, but overall a nice place to stay.

Good location by the water bus stop on the Grand Canal and thankfully a bit away from the crowds of St. Marco district, which is easy 10-minute walk away. Big room, marble-everywhere bathroom, comfortable bed, strong AC, BUT the carpet in room 101 should have been replaced 10 years ago. Guessing it used be white, but now it is gray-ish and covered in dark stains all over. Oddly, a porter entered the room "to check the minibar inventory" while we were in the room resting in the afternoon. Why the inventory count was not done during the cleaning earlier in the day??... Not a 5-star hotel category.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the room was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. If I could change one thing it would be the eggs at breakfast. Beautiful views from the balcony in front of the breakfast room and a gondola stop right outside! I'd love to stay here again.

Expedia says they have an airport shuttle. That is not true. They did not have a shuttle. Expedia said we would receive a 10 euro voucher towards food/drink. That also was not true. Desk agent said he knew nothing about a voucher.

This is a beautiful little hotel on Murano Island. Very nice room. Can’t think of anything negative to say about this place
