"Pros: Ruhige Lage am Ende einer Straße, schöner Außenbereich mit Pool und einer tollen Dachterrasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nur knapp 3 Kilometer entfernt. Bis zum Airport und ins Zentrum braucht man ca. 15 Min. je nach Verkehr. Der Ansprechpartner in der Villa war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, wir konnten bereits eine Stunde früher als geplant den Schlüssel übernehmen. "Pros: We enjoyed how big and spacious the house was, the pool was great after a day at the beach or exploring the island and the communication with the host was great! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook a meal. The house is a short 5 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and a small grocery store. There is always street parking available. We really appreciate how responsive and helpful the host was as well."

"Pros: Schöner Ausblick,schöne Lage, Aber das Haus ist zu hellhörig, Cons: Sehr hellhörig da es ein Reihenhaus ist bekommt man alles mit was die Nachbarn machen. Auch die Fenster sind nicht die besten. Ob das Fenster offen ist oder geschlossen der Geräuschpegel bleibt gleich. Der Nachbarhahn kräht nachts was auch sehr nervt aber dafür kann ja niemand was."

"The entire stay was fantastic. The location leaves you perfectly poised to launch all over the island, get to the city of Palma, or just walk down to town for fantastic food. "The house was beautiful! The garden was well kept and we were given everything we needed. The only complaint I had was the ants. They somehow got on to the bed and we couldn't sleep properly. Also, there is no Air-conditioning, but the host provided portable fans that were kind of useful. The kitchen has everything you need and the backyard is great to chill. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance and cafes. I would recommend staying here if you want to have a relaxed/ outgoing...

"We booked Sa Raconada through Homerti. Appart from a small issue with a link for credit card payments, that was sorted by the Homerti staff very quickly, the whole process was very smooth. Customer service was superb, we also booked a hire car and found this service to be, the best experience of hiring a car we had ever had. We most certainly will use both services again. "The Iberostar Jardin del Sol provided us with an expansive sparkling view of the sea, a gorgeous well maintained pool, and spa amenities for a worry free, relaxing and glorious week! There were plenty of activities- we did yoga, cocktail making lessons, pool aerobics, and a perfume alchemy workshop. Best fun was diving into the sea from the cliff- what a blast. The staff was warm and responsive, and they made us feel so at home! I can't even find words to describe the variety of flavorful dishes in every single buffet, the professionalism of the staff, and the beauty and peacefulness of the outdoor patio setting. The rooms are not glamorous, but the junior sweet is roomy and housekeeping made it feel fresh each day. I wholeheartedly recommend this Iberostar resort. "
