We had an amazing stay at the NINE DOTS and would highly recommend it to prospective travellers to Points Delgada. Location is central and the room and amenities are amazing! The free breakfast was absolutely incredible - not your typical continental breakfast. And the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a truly relaxing experience - from booking our excursions, to arranging our airport shuttle, to accommodating a late checkout, the folks at NINE DOTS truly made it a wonderful experience. If I had more than two thumbs, I will give them all the thumbs up!

We loved our stay! We went for our honeymoon. This hotel is in a fantastic location. Very walkable, we did two day tours and did not feel like we missed out with not renting a car. The pool and sauna were lovely, the breakfast was always good! We ate at the bar one night and the food was also great!

Really great place to stay! When we checked in , had pizza snack as a welcome treat! Location was super and walkable to the marina and historic areas and lots of restaurants all around. Staff was very friendly and great breakfast that was included . Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was well kept; however, the rooms were oddly configured and had limited space for storing personal items (i.e., no bureaus, very small closets, and no vanity space in some of the bathrooms). The daily snacks were a nice touch and delicious. We traveled with a 9 yr old, and options for children at the hotel were very limited. There are restrictions on pool usage for children which was not advertised. The staff were hit or miss. Restaurant staff were knowledgeable and friendly; however, the front desk staff appeared annoyed when we asked for recommendations and were limited in options they did recommend. The exception to this was Vicente and one other woman (we didn’t get her name, but she had a lip piercing). Those two were extremely helpful and kind. Overall, the hotel was conveniently located and a good option for couples. It really should be advertised as an adult’s only option.

If you come to Ponta Delgada, you have to stay at the Nine Dots Boutique Hotel. From the pristine rooms, the kind, friendly and helpful staff to the amazing made to order breakfast (the eggs Benny are a must), you will be so happy you chose this hotel. This is our second time here and we will be back! Get a message from Bianca - it was the most relaxing experience and make sure you enjoy the spa; it’s incredible.
