"The hotel offers a shuttle bus to Funchal but they only offer it twice a day 9.45am and 4.30pm most days and then charge 35 euros per person. Need to offer more times."

"Overall a lovely stay at the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with loads of choice. Overall most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Reception could have been a bit more friendly sometimes but maybe they were having a bad day! Pools were great, lots of places to sunbath. Slightly annoying that people still place towels on their beds and don’t turn up till nearly mid day. Wish the hotel were more strict on it."
