"This is an amazing hotel! I've stayed at other properties over the years and this one by far is the best!! It's in the perfect location to see everything. The rooms are very nice. Their cleaning staff are wonderful. Everyone is so cheerful and helpful at the concierge desk. Breakfast is fantastic!! And the happy hour is over the top!! I'll definitely be staying at this hotel my next trip to Firenze!!!"

"Staff, location, and the apartment were all 10/10! Novella welcomed us at the property. She was incredibly friendly, very informative, and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The flat was spotless and very well set up. Additional towels were provided, and we really appreciated the little extras like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. The kitchen was fully functional too, with everything we needed. I highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a quieter neighbourhood that still has all the amenities nearby. The apartment is really spacious, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus. We stayed for three nights and walked everywhere. It was freezing outside, but the apartment was warm and cosy, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent and the area is lovely, perfect for exploring the city. My only suggestion would be to add felt pads under the chair legs, as moving the chairs can be a bit noisy. We will definitely be back! "
