Great Beach House

House was great. The location right on the beach is amazing. Owner and manager were very attentive and frequently checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a great time at Ocean Therapy!

Great House!

We had a great time at this beautiful beach house. All the amenities you could need for the beach were provided. Plenty of space for everyone. Armando was responsive and the property manager Kevin was quick to respond to a couple minor issues. The area is nice and only 15 mins to St Augustine.

Graduation Getaway.

Extremely beautiful house in a great location. The sound of the waves made it magical, we had one of our best vacations here and would love to go back. Great host and the property manager was very responsive.

Family Vacation

The beach house was terrific. Everything was clean, well maintained and had all the items needed for our stay. The views of the ocean could be seen from every room. The beach was wonderful, just steps away from the house. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Wonderful house

Fabulous windows overlooking the ocean. Five bedrooms with private bathrooms making the house a great place to stay. Everything we needed was provided. Second time here with our family. Just lovely.

Had the most memorable “family time” just prior to our daughter leaving off to college. Home was beautiful, clean and super comfy. It had everything we needed, including the most magnificent views of the ocean and dolphins 🐬🐬🐬🐬. Would definitely recommend 👍

Lovely Stay at Ocean Therapy

Beautiful beachfront property! Great layout with large bedrooms and ocean views for everyone. Home owner and property manager were excellent. We reported an issue and received a response within 5 minutes and a resolution within a few hours. Definitely a premium experience and would go back.

Golf trip

Very happy with this place. Owner was great to deal with. Me and my friends played 4 days of golf at the world golf hall of fame. All went perfect. We plan on coming back next year.

Amazing Property

This property is better advertised! I met some friends for the weekend and it was spectacular! You have views from every bedroom area. The kitchen is well stocked. Its a quiet piece of paradise. I would highly recommend this property and would return again in a heartbeat!

Best beach vacation ever

We have been going to the beach as a family for the last 20 years but as our family has grown we could no longer fit in one condo. We decided to try a house on the beach and boy did we hit the jackpot. This place absolutely met all our comfort needs and the beach was right off the back deck. Highly recommend you give this place a try. Also give Armando 5 stars for his quick responses to all our questions as we booked it and to the end of our visit.

Amazing Place

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was beautiful and spacious and by far the best stocked house I have ever rented as far as kitchen ware, games, towels, beach toys , just everything you needed was there and in good working order. The owner was great, very easy to deal with and responsive. I rent a lot for work and this was the best rental I have ever had for so many reasons. Can't wait to go back.

There is so much I could say about this amazing home! What a perfect spot for a vacation right on the beach with the most amazing view from every spot in the house!! The house was so clean and comfy when we got there, the best place for a fun beach day, and a great day for fishing! I would totally recommend this house to anybody who wants a perfect vacation! Family beach getaway

We booked this house for a beach getaway with our parents and children to spend some time with family who live out of state. The weather was gorgeous, house had everything we needed to relax and have fun at the beach, and the views and peace and quiet cannot be beat! We would definitely stay here again in the future. Griswold Beach Vacation

This house has it all, fabulous ocean views from every floor and plenty of space for our family of 9. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and there were plenty of chairs and various beach supplies stored in the garage for our use. The weather was perfect so every meal was eaten outside on the patio. Communication from Armando was excellent throughout our stay. This was a great beach getaway for our family, we will definitely return!

An ideal property for a reunion of older veterans and their wives. A very comfortable and beautifully furnished house that more than met our expectations.
