Paolo and his family were wonderful hosts. Mateo made sure our parking location was ok and took our bags from parking area to hotel.
Large, clean room. Very convenient location. Easy walking around town.

We had an amazing time here! Stefano is the absolute greatest at taking care of travel details- we arrived at 1am from our flight and there was a crib set up with cute little blankets and a pillow for our toddler. He texted us before we arrived through the What's App to help us check in virtually. He also recommended many amazing restaurants for us and placed a takeout order for us one night since our Italian is non bueno! This was also a fantastic stay for the price. Cannot recommend this place more!

"The concierge at the front desk took such good care of us! They had our car ready and packed up when we had to check out at 6:00am! And the night before, when we were walking up the hill to get to our dinner reservations...the concierge saw us and gave us a ride. And the breakfast buffet is incredible. ..."
