Ponzamania Bellavista Apartment

The Bellavista-Ponza apartment consists of: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bathroom with a shower, 1 living room/kitchen with a kitchenette (equipped with dishes), a double sofa bed, and a balcony with a sea view towards the island of Palmarola.

Other: a terrace with a sea view and an outdoor table, located at the entrance.

Address: Via Fontana, Angelo Zecca Studio. We’re located 50 metres past the bus stop, where there’s a small fountain; go up the blue stairs to the gate at the end, behind which you’ll find the two-story yellow building. Once you disembark at the port, turn right and head to the La Pergola restaurant, where you’ll find the Schiaffini buses (the only ones operating on the island). As soon as you board, ask the bus driver to notify you when you reach your stop called “Via Fontana-Studio Angelo Zecca,” stop number 19. The driver must announce it verbally. Once you arrive at the stop, please call me so we can escort you to your apartment. Check-in takes place directly at the apartment you booked:

Amenities: air conditioning in the living room, TV, ceiling fan in the master bedroom, refrigerator, hair dryer, moka pot for coffee, water heater, soap, shampoo, detergents, sponges, tea towels, blankets, pillows, etc.

For final cleaning, please leave the dishes clean, the kitchenette clean, take out the trash (there are trash tins on both sides of the street; recycling is not required), and do not smoke inside the apartment to avoid a €50 final cleaning surcharge.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If we’re ready with the cleaning, we can check you in earlier; otherwise, you can leave your luggage inside, and we’ll check you in as soon as possible after arranging it by phone.

Check-out is at 9:30 AM; please arrange this by phone the day before.

Extra cleaning during your stay is available at an additional cost of €10 upon request, if necessary
