The house by the sea is located in an enchanting area between bougainvillea and Mediterranean olive trees. The sandy beach, which can be reached quickly on foot, is 100 meters from the house. The domed house, typical of the place, consists of a large kitchen, bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the sea where you can have lunch, relax and cook on the stainless steel gas barbecue. The large double bedroom can be reached from the kitchen via a spiral staircase. On the upper floor there is a solarium; a large and splendid terrace with a breathtaking view. At guests' disposal there are: deck chairs, sun loungers, sofa and an outdoor shower with hot water. The house is located in the beautiful bay of Cala Feola, where you can rent small boats or be accompanied to visit our beautiful islands. WiFi is free throughout the hotel.

Posto delizioso vicinissimo alla spiaggia cala Feola

Siamo state accolte io e le mie bambine in modo molto cordiale dalla proprietaria che si è mostrata subito molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza. Casa pulita e molto confortevole, vicinissima a una delle Poche spiaggia di Ponza , una bella terrazza con vista ci faceva da buongiorno la mattina e da piacevole chiusura giornata! Davvero bell’aloggio! Torneremo!

L'ABC della vacanza: Accoglienza Bellezza Confort

La struttura è stata creata a partire da un'antica casa ponzese scavata nella roccia. Si trova in località Le Forna, una zona più tranquilla rispetto al porto e con il vantaggio, specialmente se non si possiede un'imbarcazione, di poter raggiungere anche con altri mezzi molte baie bellissime. Per arrivare alla "casa sul mare" ci sono parecchi gradini da percorrere, ma sei già a metà strada per poi raggiungere la splendida Cala Feola, e ne vale la pena! Cala Feola è comoda non solo per la spiaggia e il ristorante sugli scogli, ma anche prenotare escursioni in barca con o senza skipper. Dalle terrazze della residenza la vista spazia su Cala Feola, sulle Piscine Naturali e sulle scogliere che le circondano; il panorama è una meraviglia e il posto è freschissimo, ombreggiato, fiorito. La casa è pulitissima, confortevole e perfettamente attrezzata: dall'aria condizionata alle zanzariere, dalla doccia anche esterna al barbecue, dagli elettrodomestici di alta gamma ai materassi supercomodi. E a coronamento di tutto l'accoglienza degli host! Elena e Gennaro ti fanno sentire a casa con il loro calore e la loro autenticità. Presenti, cortesi, sempre disponibili anche solo per una chiacchierata. Hanno accolto con affetto anche la nostra cagnolona che si è immediatamente resa conto di trovarsi in un contesto pet friendly!

Vacanza nelle meraviglie italiane

Abbiamo soggiornato in una splendida casa confortevole, accessoriata e pulita nei pressi della spiaggia Cala Feola. I proprietari sempre molto gentili e disponibili a dare i consigli per passare una vacanza in serenità e visitando i posti migliori dell'isola. Vacanza ideale da spendere con amici o in coppia. Bisogna munirsi di tanto fiato per raggiungere le spiagge ma il piccolo sforzo vale assolutamente la pena per godersi le bellezze della natura e delle calette e del mare che l'Isola di Ponza offre. Grazie ancora di tutto !!!!!!! :) alla prossima ;)

Super schön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern

Die wunderschön in der Ferienbucht gelegen Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Elena als Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und für meinen Sohn war es eine große Freude, seine Italienischkenntnisse in den Gesprächen mit Ihr anzuwenden. Die Wohnung ist etwas zurückgesetzt von den Terrassen, was den Vorteil hat, daß die Wohnung kühl liegt. Die obere Terrasse ist für mehrere Parzteien, dafür ist sie aber riesig groß. Einen Teil der Terrasse unten hat man für sich. Die Ferienwohnung war etwas feucht, was wohl daran liegt, daß sie direkt an die Felsen gebaut ist. In der Küche und im Bad ist alles vorhanden , was man braucht, ansonsten ist die Ausstattung einfach aber nett . Die Wlanverbindung ist nicht so besonders, die hat man nur an einer Stelle der Wohnung bzw. davor. Aber das war für mich nebensächlich. Ich denke gerne an die schönen Tage dort zurück und einen lieben Dank nochmals an Elena.

Bellissimo posto

L ubicazione della casa e’ bellissima, la signora Elena disponibile e gentile. La vista dalla terrazza e’ incredibile però L unica cosa ambigua e’ che la terrazza non è esattamente davanti all’ appartamento, si deve attraversare un corridoio in comune con la proprietaria (dalle foto del sito questo non si capisce bene).

Una cartolina da Ponza

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 10 al 22 agosto e siamo stati molto bene. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort e la terrazza esterna consente di godere di un panorama stupendo sulla caletta di Cala Feola. Anche il nostro cagnolone Ludo è stato accolto con affetto e simpatia dai proprietari, Elena e Gennaro, sempre molto disponibili, gentili e discreti. La spiaggia sottostante è raggiungibile in pochi minuti attraverso una scalinata piuttosto ripida (ma è una caratteristica dell'Isola) e dal grande solarium ogni sera si possono ammirare il mare e il cielo stellato. E' stata veramente un'ottima scelta !

Bellissima esperienza

L'appartamento, ben equipaggiato, gode di una magnifica posizione, pochi scalini consentono l'accesso a una bellissima baia e le due terrazze consentono cene e aperitivi di fronte a un mare bellissimo. La nostra ospite Elena e la sua bella famiglia, sempre attenti ad ogni nostro eventuale bisogno ma nel rispetto del nostra privacy, hanno accolto noi e la nostra cagnolina Anouk con un calore raro di cui li ringraziamo. Consigliatissimo!

Location très bien située et très bien équipée

Una settimana da Dio

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana da Dio nella casa di Elena e Gennaro (tutti e due gentilissimi e super disponibili)... La casa è molto accogliente e dotata da tutti i lussi che uno posso desiderare, BBQ a gas, lavastoviglie, lavatrice; davvero tutto... Poi la vista di tutta la baia che si ha, sia dal solario che dal balcone - semplicemente spettacolare... Tutto il è pulitissimo, decorato con cura e dei bellissimi oggetti del mare... E che altro dire, abbiamo direttamente prenotato il prossimo soggiorno per questo settembre... E penso che anche nei prossimi anni saremo clienti fissi... Davvero 10* (5 mica bastano ;) )

Ort und Insel von großer, schöner Gelassenheit

Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern zu Gast und haben eine außerordentlich schöne Zeit verbracht. Die 2 Ebenen der Wohnung waren geräumig und angenehm und sehr gepflegt, die Terrasse wunderbar mit Blick über die Bucht, die Familie der Besitzer und die anderen Gäste, alle so, dass man sie danach vermisst. Der Ort ist so, wie die Insel: von großer, schöner Gelassenheit. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen, wenn die Kinder alleine Schnorcheln können. Höchstempfehlenswert

meravigliosa sorpresa! non mi aspettavo un'accoglienza così familiare da parte dei proprietari sempre disponibili, in un posto bellissimo. casa tipica del luogo con soffitto a cupola, accogliente, attrezzata molto bene e pulita. La terrazza dove consumare i pasti è semplicemente spettacolare! La vacanza è stata vissuta al meglio e sicuramente la consiglio tranne che alle persone con problemi di deambulazione, in quasi tutta l'isola ci sono infatti scalini da fare. Io ci ritornerò, Ponza mi è rimasta negli occhi e nel cuore. Anita

casa tipica di Ponza con splendido panorama, molto accogliente, attrezzata e pulita. E' stata una meravigliosa sorpresa, non mi aspettavo tanta bellezza ed un'accoglienza così familiare. I proprietari sono molto disponibili ed hanno contribuito alla piena riuscita della vacanza. Mi sono sentita meglio che se fossi a casa dato lo splendido panorama che si gode dal terrazzo sul quale abbiamo pranzato immersi nella bellezza di Cala Feola. Lo consiglio assolutamente e ci tornerò sicuramente! Anita

Location meravigliosa. La casa è arredata con gusto, cucina ben attrezzata e funzionale. E' stato molto piacevole pranzare/cenare sul terrazzo privato con vista mare. Nota positiva: appartamento molto fresco. I proprietari, Elena e Gennaro sono persone gentilissime, ci siamo sentiti subiti a nostro agio, come se li conoscessimo da sempre. La spiaggetta di Cala Feola è a circa 100 gradini dall'abitazione, facilissimi da percorrere anche con bambini piccoli. Ci ritornerei? Assolutamente SI !!!!!
