"Location is excellent, and the fact that it’s the old Secret Stash house is a fun fact. But it’s currently staged to sell instead of furnished to live in, and there was almost no clothes storage available in the two downstairs bedrooms or the loft. Similarly, there was a note about not opening the upstairs windows because they were broken, which made those bedrooms hot at night. We had a great time, but not sure we’d rent this again for the price. Check-in/check-put process was easy."

"A great stay with 6 adults. Lots of space for everyone in the living and dining, and the back porch is lovely. The house is a perfect location right in town, we walked everywhere. A few things are a bit dated but it’s clean and an obviously well loved family home."

"Great house -- nicest place we've stayed in Crested Butte.This was a fantastic rental -- we were there with a group of 3 couples and the 6 of us really enjoyed the house.Location is fantastic: in my favorite corner of "downtown" Crested Butte: 2 blocks to Elk Ave and right by the Peanut Lake trails. Quiet and convenient.The house was very comfortable and worked for all of us. One note: the "pull-out couch" is actually in the 2nd floor sitting room. A room of its own with a door, so it would be a fine 4th bedroom for someone.Kitchen was well outfitted and we were able to cook for ourselves when we wanted. I always bring a kitchen kit to rentals and I mostly left my kit packed since the house had everything. Only two minor issues: not many mixing bowls and a little trouble with the broilers in the gas oven. But, otherwise, all was perfect and those were very minor issues given what we expect from vacation rental kitchens!Front porch was lovely, back yard was great.We were all very happy. When we left, everyone agreed we should try to rent this house again next year!"
Cozy Cabin in the Heart of it All - Unbeatable Location!

"The location was great, just a few steps from Elk Avenue where the action is. Our English bulldog really enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The weather was quite warm while we were there, which probably coincided with peak summer but with the fans on it was okay. Unfortunately, my wife and I had to leave a little early because of a family concern but we love this area and definitely plan to return."
